Irish Class and PTA Meeting

The next Parent-Teacher Association meeting will take place on Wednesday, 6^th June at 20.00 immediately after the next Irish language class for parents at 19.00.  As always, all are welcome to both events!  The PTA meeting will focus on reviewing the Spring Fair, the draft homework policy and the final events of this school year.

Portfolio Sharing Meetings

The meetings for First Class will take place on Wednesday, 13^th June.  Please sign up on the timetable posted in the classroom.

Sports Day and End-of-Year Assembly

Sports Day and the End-of-Year Assembly will take place on Tuesday, 26^th June at the Knocknacarra-Salthill GAA Club.  The last day of school will be Wednesday, 27^th June.  There will be an early dismissal on the 27^th at 12.00

End-of-Year Camp

Afterschool @ KETNS will host a mini-camp during the last week of school.  The Afterschool service will be available from 12.00 on the final day.  Full day camps will follow on the 28^th and 29^th June.

First class sang a song in Polish at the whole-school assembly led by four Polish speakers in the class.

Swimming

A reminder that the final swimming session for 1^st and 2^nd Class will be on Wednesday, 6^th June.

City Sports Athletics Team

Well done to the eight children who represented our school at Galway City Sports for the first time.  They all ran their races very well!

Oíche Faisnéise Pleanáil Teanga

Míle buíochas, a pháistí agus a thuismitheoirí!  Many thanks to the children and the parents who attended the Irish language plan information evening last week.  The school was very well represented and the children all sang beautifully!
